Our first priority is high quality which we consider as the means of
obtaining potential customers, gaining and maintaining market share as
well as expanding.
Therefore the management binds itself to do as follows:
- It introduced and operates a quality management system to meet the
requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000 standard, in order to satisfy the
requirements of the customers in all respects with special regard to
reliability, usefulness and time of delivery.
- For the sake of effective and controlled operation of quality
management system, the general director appointed a head of quality
management department, directly inferior to the general director and to
be a member of the management. The general director empowers the head of
the quality management department to enforce the regulations stipulated
in the present quality management manual and in his activity of
supervision to represent the general director himself.
- The management considers one of its most important aims to achieve,
that every worker know: be aware of the importance of quality
reputations and follow the relevant regulations in working processes
(directions).
- The management obliges each workers to co-operate constructively in the improvement of the quality management system.
- The suppliers of the PLC are expected by the management to be
committed to the quality policy of the PLC, to consider their aims
important and to take part in the producing of the products and services
of the prescribed quality.
- The management of the company is ready to present the quality management manual to its customers in case it is required.
